BREAKING: Eric Lang to be named Head Coach

Per Ken Schott, Eric Lang is set to be named Head Coach of the RPI Engineers. Lang comes to RPI from AIC where he totally turned that program around. Despite having very little university or financial support, Lang led the Yellow Jackets to 4 straight league titles and 3 straight NCAA tournament appearances. Up until this year, they had 6 straight winning seasons.
Lang will inherit a rebuild at RPI with the majority of the best players either graduating or in the portal. It’ll likely take a few years, but given his track record, he has a great chance to turn things around here. This is an absolute homerun hire. We will have more to come later!
